Use case · Email to Notion
Notion has no inbox, so receipts, applications and client requests get copy-pasted in or lost. Give each flow an address, let a transformer pull out the fields, and matching mail lands in your database as a clean row. The original stays in your HideMy inbox.

Rows, not noise
[notion]
Paste a Notion integration token and a database id, and emails become rows. No connector subscription, no per-row metering, no OAuth middleman.
[title]
Choose what fills the title property: the subject, or an extracted field like the vendor. Rows get names a human can scan in the database view.
[fields]
A transformer pulls the amount, the vendor or the candidate name out of the body, and each extracted field lands in the property you mapped it to.
[rules]
Only mail that matches, by sender, subject or content, becomes a row. The database stays a database instead of turning into a second inbox.
[ai]
An AI rule like “is this a purchase receipt?” sorts the real thing from the shipping notification. 250 evaluations a month on Lite, 1,000 on Pro.
[auth]
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked on arrival, and rules can require a pass. A forged sender can't write a row into your tracker.
[copy]
The full email stays in your HideMy inbox, searchable, retained 7 to 365 days by plan. The row is the summary; the mail is the record.
[address]
receipts@, jobs@, requests@ at you.hidemy.world. Pause or delete any of them any time; the database keeps every row it already has.
How it works
Create a Notion internal integration, share the target database with it, and paste the token and database id into a channel. Map the title property.
Add a transformer for what you want as properties: { vendor, amount, currency } for receipts, { candidate, role } for applications. Rules decide which mail qualifies.
Put receipts@you.hidemy.world in the billing forms, or forward mail to it. Matching emails appear as rows; everything else just sits in the inbox.

FAQ
Through Notion's own integration mechanism: create an internal integration in your workspace, share the target database with it, and paste the token and database id into a HideMy channel. Map the title property and you're done. It's a Notion email integration with no third-party OAuth app sitting in the middle.
The title property comes from the subject or from an extracted field, your choice. Transformer fields map onto database properties, so { vendor, amount, currency } land as Vendor, Amount and Currency. The full body stays with the email in HideMy instead of being crammed into the row.
Only if you want it to. Rules run first: match on sender, subject or content, or phrase it in plain English as an AI rule. Non-matching mail is still received and searchable in your HideMy inbox; it just never touches the database.
The row carries the mapped properties and nothing else. The complete original, headers, full body and attachments included, stays in your HideMy inbox for 7 to 365 days depending on plan. The database stays light; the record stays complete.
Yes. Pipelines stack on one address: the receipt can become a Notion row and hit an HMAC-signed webhook (retried, replayable) for your accounting script. If n8n is part of your setup, the community node n8n-nodes-hidemy plugs into the same flow.
Create receipts@you.hidemy.world, connect your database, and watch the first row land. Free, no card.
