Every email that arrives at one of your HideMy.world addresses and runs through your rules counts as one processed email, whether it ends up delivered to a webhook, Telegram or your inbox, or gets blocked by a rule.

Nothing is lost straight away. Emails over the limit are held for 7 days and we send you an email notice immediately. If you upgrade within those 7 days, the held emails are processed automatically. If not, they expire at the end of the hold.

Yes. Upgrades apply instantly and are pro-rated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

No. AI evaluations and email quotas reset at the start of each billing month. If you regularly run out, Pro raises the ceiling to 1,000 evaluations a month.

You keep your current plan's features until the end of the billing period. After that, anything above the new plan's limits (extra addresses, rules or transformers) is paused rather than deleted, and stored emails older than the new retention window are cleaned up. Upgrade again and everything switches back on.

Better: a free forever plan. The Free tier is not a trial that expires: you get 2 addresses and 100 emails a month for as long as you like, no card required. Upgrade only when you hit its edges.

Annual plans are billed once a year at the price of ten months: two months free. Lite is €99 a year instead of €118.80, and Pro is €249.90 instead of €298.80. Your plan renews yearly and you can cancel any time before renewal.
